There are many families in Coventry undergoing real tough times, especially with the current cost of living crisis, and some of which need to flee domestic violence. These are normal people, who simply need a warm, safe and suitable place to stay. With not much choice, they turn to their local council for help.

Supporting The Council
Coventry City council currently has an urgent need for emergency temporary accommodation, in order to house the most vulnerable, but they often don’t have enough properties to so this.
Mimshack Property Solutions help bridge the gap between when families approach the council for emergency help, to when the council can provide them with permanent accommodation.

Working With Landlords to Maximise Income
We work with Coventry landlords, by letting their properties off them to be used by Coventry Council to house people you desperately need a roof over their heads. In turn, we offer landlords long term guaranteed rent every month, whether or not the property is occupied or not.
